§ 2. Restricted and no parking areas.

Vehicles and mobile homes: No vehicle or motor vehicle or mobile home, as mobile home is defined in section 58-1 of this Code, shall be parked during the period from May 1 to October 1 of each year on Saturdays, Sundays or legal holidays, at any time, along the streets in the City, said streets being described as follows:

Elm Street, northerly side, from Front Street to the alley situated between Front Street and First Street.

Elm Street, southerly side, from the alley between First Street and Front Street to Front Street.

Front Street, easterly side, from Elm Street to the exit from the parking lot.

Front Street, westerly side, from Walnut Street to Elm Street.

Second Street, west side, immediately in front of the Town Theatre.

Walnut Street, northerly side, from First Street easterly to the Illinois River.

Walnut Street, southerly side, and Front Street.

Santa Fe Avenue, west side, between McDowell Street and Sunnyside Street.
