§ 58-3. Parking on street; storage at dwellings.

  • (a)

    It shall be unlawful for the owner or person assuming physical control of a mobile home to park such mobile home upon any street for the purpose of displaying it for sale, washing, greasing, repairing or storing such mobile home, or to park such mobile home in such a way as to block or hinder the use of public sidewalks, roads or bridges. Mobile homes shall not be parked on city streets for a period over 24 consecutive hours.

    (b)

    Mobile homes may not be stored by the owners at the dwellings where they reside for a period over 15 days per year, unless the mobile home is completely enclosed in a garage or barn.
