§ 6-2. Consumption in public place.

It shall be unlawful for any person to drink or consume any alcoholic liquor in any public place in the city. This section does not apply to public places for which alcoholic liquor licenses are issued if the license authorizes consumption of alcoholic liquor on the premises.
