§ 78-182. Application.

Applications for the license required by this division shall be filed with the city clerk and shall contain the following information:

(1)

The name and address of the owner and operator of the establishment where the sidewalk cafe shall be located.

(2)

The area of city sidewalk where the sidewalk cafe is proposed to be located.

(3)

A description of the sidewalk cafe to be covered by the license.

(4)

Evidence that insurance as required by section 78-163 of the city Code is in place.
